The Fabric of Time was a curated group show presented by Intersections Gallery at EHL Campus Singapore in 2024.

Inspired by a verse by Rumi — “Fling me across the fabric of time and the seas of space. Make me nothing and from nothing–everything.” — the exhibition gathered six artists exploring materiality, emotion, and space through painting, sculpture, and textile work.

I was honoured to be part of this exhibition with three pieces: Early Morning and Ocean Winds from the Evanescence series, and You Know Where to Find Me from Silent Resonance (a large triptych, now sold). These works reflected my ongoing interest in emotional atmospheres, the softness of light, and the silent tensions beneath natural forms.

Though the exhibition has now ended, the full selection of works remains viewable on Artsy.

Early Morning, part of the Ethereal Series, capturing the fleeting serenity of dawn.

Early Morning - Evanescence Series, Acrylic on canvas, 90 x 120 cm.

This piece captures the fleeting serenity of dawn, where the infinite and ephemeral converge.

Ocean Winds, reflecting the rhythm of time carried by the sea.

Ocean Winds - Evanescence Series, Acrylic on canvas, 90 x 120 cm.

Through layered textures and flowing compositions, this work evokes the gentle rhythm of time carried by the sea.

You Know Where to Find Me, a reflection on persistence and self-discovery from the Lotus Series.

You Know Where to Find Me - Silent Resonance Series, Mixed media and acrylic on wooden panels.

This piece reflects themes of persistence and self-discovery, inviting viewers to contemplate the enduring connection between self and place.
